wonderful staff. Beautiful location

Pros: We didn’t take breakfast. Location was wonderful. Wonderfully close to st Ives but in the countryside.

It was great, fab location and very comfortable stay. Just what we needed for the night!

Pros: Amazing location, had everything we needed in the room. Johnny the host was wonderful. A comfortable stay and would love to visit again in the summer months.

Cons: There’s nothing I didn’t like, however I understand that Johnny is working on some things around the property to get it ready for summer (if I understand correctly) and look forward to seeing any little updates if we stay again.

Room needs repairs overall nice stay

Pros: The location and the pub, very welcoming ideal for couples on romantic weekends

Cons: Window did not shut so it was cold roller blind very mouldy

Pros: I loved my stay. I immediately felt welcome. I checked in via the bar and was initially greeted by a local and she asked where I'd come from - it felt so wonderfully Cornish. I was personally shown around and where my room was. It was a lovely experience. I stay in a lot of places in and around St Ives (as I visit family) - The Balnoon Inn is by far the best I've experienced. It's an absolute find. Thoroughly recommend.

Cons: There is nothing I didn't like.

Great stay, great owners

Pros: Lovely place, warm and welcoming. The owners very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of parking even for larger vehicles

Ideal location for our one night visit to attend a wedding nearby.

Pros: The owners were Friendly and welcoming on arrival, we asked to check in early due to us attending a wedding nearby, the rooms were ready for us which was great. The view from the room was very nice. The bed was so comfy.

Pros: Lovely, tranquil setting, so plenty of quiet in the rooms. The bar and restaurant are great - lovely food and great staff. Would be a great place to hold a celebration.
