The Quarry Caravan

Magical place

Pros: The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and we loved the outdoors feel of the place. The lake was magical and it was lovely to have visits from the 2 very friendly dogs.

Pros: Beautiful location, friendly and helpful hosts, unique atmosphere

Quirky and rustic

Pros: It's rustic quirky a beautiful place to stay all you need xxx

Cons: It is slightly isolated but that is good but would stay again xx

Pleasantly surprised with what we got. Cost was low and Andy and Charlotte were awesome hosts.

Pros: The 1950, Roman gypsy style caravan was really quirky and the whole property was really beautiful. Very unique and very private. Lots of space for kids to play and explore. We had a lovely time.

Cons: Bath was a bit of a poor standard. Bit grubby bt we only shower so didn't mind. Was a bit disappointed the treehouse slide was no longer in use.

Peaceful, secluded, calming. I love everything about this spot.

Pros: This is a beautiful, peaceful, secluded location. The caravan is perfect, such a comfy bed that I overslept on my last morning here!! I love how many of the normally indoors facilities, like the kitchen sink, dining table, sofas, are outside, mostly under the canopy. I loved cooking a steak dinner over the open firepit. It is so quiet here, I love it and would definitely stay again. Charlotte and Andrew are wonderful hosts, so friendly and genuine.

Cons: This is not the fault of the accommodation, so I can't mark it down for this, but car drivers need to be aware that the secluded nature of the location means that you have several miles of extremely narrow lanes to drive whichever direction you approach from. This can be very frustrating and nerve-wracking. But enjoy the peace and quiet that this level of seclusion brings.

Lovely place and hosts!

Pros: We loved our stay, the dipping in the quarry and playing with the dogs. We’ll defo be back :D

Cons: The bed is on the smaller side for 2 people but it’s totally fine really

Pros: The peace and quiet which is exactly what I was wanting from my stay. Very quiet location.

Stay by the sea

Pros: Fantastic caravan🏞️ not too far from the beaches🌴🎣

Cons: All good, getting through the track is fine might be a little over grown 🪴🗡️ everything else is excellent🙂

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here! Hosts were absolutely lovely and the caravan was so cosy. Definitely very outdoorsy, but worth the price and a nice quiet area with gorgeous views. Super close to Falmouth, Gweek, and a variety of places to visit. Very glad we spent our time here :)

Cons: A little cold at night sometimes, outdoor toilet was tricky to get used to but still a really enjoyable place to stay.

Pros: Amazing location, lovely family and the caravan was full of charm. We felt right at home and loved our stay. The quarry lake was tranquil and great to have on site. Lots of wildlife around to enjoy.

Cons: The bed was perhaps a bit snug for two people, but we managed fine.
