Pros: The stove, lovely cozy vibe. Lovely shower, great pressure. Outdoor Bath a cool idea and was great to enjoy the warmth against the sharp night air, whilst star gazing!

Cons: Unable to park right up close. Due to poor weather the access route from the parking area is quite muddy as just grass.

Brilliant Shepherd's Hut Break Away.

Pros: Fantastically friendly hosts, very clean and tidy, well set out Shepherd's Hut, absolutely awesome 'hot tub' and brilliant little but massive heat giver of a log burner and finally the bed was supper comfy.

Pros: Comfortable bed, great linen, complimentary refreshments, privacy amongst the other 2 properties and the wonderful outdoor bath.

Cons: All fantastic, although the bathroom did smell a little, the septic tank I guess, but minor really.

A bijou gem in stunning location with friendly hosts

Pros: The Shepherd’s hut is very clean and is well equipped despite its size. The hut is set in a stunning location with amazing views. The book prepared by the hosts which included emergency details and things to do and see in the local area was really helpful. Simon and Jo are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Happy to chat if you want to but will leave you to it if not. There was a welcome pack with milk, elderflower drinks, crisps and biscuits which was a really nice touch and much appreciated after a long drive.

Cons: A really small thing but a few extra hooks (not just in bathroom) would be great.

Welcoming, comfortable, home from home

Pros: We were welcomed by Simon who showed us around the shepherds hut. Nothing was too much trouble. The hut was very comfortable and suited our needs for a short break. Would definitely recommend to others

Pros: Overall a great stay, the hosts were friendly and helpful, peaceful and tranquil location and the outdoor bath was great.

Loved our stay

Pros: What a find!!! Loved the location, facilities and the attention to detail of the owners. Perfect too for our dog who was safe and secure in the area around the hut. Perfect!!
