Effortless. Good WIFI. Comfortable. Cosy warm in winter.

Pros: It’s in an amazing location. Hosts were responsive when I had a question. The home was very clean, and comfortable with a lovely walk in shower . Came down to visit family and there was enough cooking equipment to make food when we had guests. I would highly recommend.

Really good and clean caravan to stay as family or friends.

Pros: Very clean and lovely place to stay. Friendly people around. Felt like home. Went with family to visit nearby beaches of Cornwall. It's lovely place to stay and weather is great too.

Cons: They could have informed me before that the staff will leave after 4:30pm. I would recommend to attach a map for the caravan. It took us time to look for the actual caravan as they are so many of them. And mention PV actually means Porth view.

Enjoyed our stay at Newquay Bay Resort. Would recommend this mobile home to others.

Pros: Clean and well maintained caravan which was nicely furnished. Owners had left tea, coffee and milk for us which was great. Had everything we needed in the kitchen - plenty of crockery and cutlery.

Pros: Porth is a perfect base to see the areas of cornwall. Although Porth is stunning in its own right. Caravan was clean, well equipped, and the site had just enough entertainment without it being overly busy. Cup is filled. Thank you.

Pros: The holiday home was exactly as described and was very clean and tidy. The welcome pack was easy to follow and the resort itself was very good. A perfect getaway, we would highly recommend staying in PV70.

Lovely caravan in a great location.

Pros: The caravan was lovely and very spacious compared to others we have stayed in. It had everything you would need from pots and pans for cooking, towels, hair dryer, iron & board etc. didn’t need for anything. Lovely little welcome pack also waiting for us on our arrival. Very clean.
