Caravan was absolutely beautiful warm clean beautifully decorated

Pros: Stunning caravan very clean lovely hamper Warm Lovely swimmig pool

Cons: Went out of season so no entertainment and rainy so hard to keep little ones entertained

Good value for money worth booking, excellent hosts will definitely visit again

Pros: Property was in a good location not far from town. Next to pool facilities. We where grateful about the welcome box with biscuits that was left from hosts for us and the little board that welcomed us, really nice touch.

Cons: Single beds where quite small for an adult I wouldn’t recommend.

Best weekend and amazing hosts.

Pros: Absolutely amazing. We couldn’t fault our stay. Very clean and great decor

Pros: The carvan was very tidy, clean, and had a homely feel. The location was great as well. The hosts were very welcoming. There was a lovely welcoming note on the chalkboard, some clotted cream fudge left in a hamper for us. There were board games for the children to play with, which came in handy on a rainy day. WiFi was great, and there was a TV. The hosts were very informative about events that took place in the area and about the resort.

Cons: We would have liked some cleaning products and a hoover so that we could tidy up better each day as we had young children with us. The Fridge Freezer was not working properly. We did inform the host, and they did come over, which was very kind of them to set the fridge for us and explain that it was temperamental. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Amazing, a great break away and great for kids.

Pros: Cozy and warm. Very welcoming and clean. The scones and jam were a lovely touch. It was spacious enough for the 7 of us.

Fantastic caravan, lovely owners, great fun.

Pros: The caravan was fantastic; homely, clean, cosy, and everything we needed. The owners communicated well with us. They even left us some Cornish fudge with a welcome note, which was a lovely touch. My little boy left his teddy, and the owners posted it to me - lovely people! The kitchen was so well equipped that you only needed your food and drink. Loved the shower! Onsite parking was easy and close. The onsite swimming pools were great. Distance to the beach was also good. Perfect getaway for me and the kids (6 and 4).

Cons: The campsite (not the owner's fault) feels like a bit of a con. You've got to pay extra for the pools and the food is so expensive for what it is. The restaurant doesn't serve food on a Monday. The music and shouting from the pub was so loud one night. If you can't join in on the fun because you have little ones in bed, make sure to take ear plugs.

Excellent hosts and lovely caravan

Pros: The caravan was very clean and extremely homely. The host communicated well with me before our stay. The caravan was available 4 hours earlier than specified, which is very handy when you're travelling a long way The shower in the caravan was really powerful, and there was endless hot water, which was fantastic with 6 of us all wanting showers in the morning! Well equipped kitchen with full size oven and microwave. Biscuits and fudge on arival was a lovely touch. The caravan park was close to Porth Beach, which we found quieter than other beaches in Newquay :) There is a shop on site which we found was well stocked and reasonably priced Everyone in our family had a wonderful holiday and we would certainly recommend it to our friends and family.

Cons: We had to pay extra when we arrived for passes for the pool and entertainment complex. We wouldn't have minded, but the indoor pool was shut for the whole week, so we couldn't use it. The outdoor pool's heater was broken, so both times we used it, it was freezing. We went to the arcade and club house twice but weren't asked to show our passes either time. We could have saved ourselves money if we had known all of this beforehand. I blame the caravan site for this, it is not the fault of the hosts or any reflection on them Tip for other guests: Don't buy the passes without asking if the pools are open/working first.

Newquay bay/view resort

Pros: The caravan was great, very comfortable beds, lovely furnishings, and a proper cooker! All the utensils you could need. It was really lovely. The owners were really helpful and informative. We arrived to find a basket of scones and jam on the table and clotted cream in the fridge. Would definitely stay again 😊

Cons: The clubhouse was expensive for food and drink, did feel a bit let down by this glad we didn't have to pay for a pass for this weeks entertainment, but this was due to change at the end of April. Entertainment was good on the Wednesday night when we popped in, so not all bad. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had to pay to use the swimming pool, although it was a nice warm pool, and well supervised, we only went the once.

Beautifully presented, clean caravan! we will be back!
