The Hobbit Hole

A quirky, cosy, comfortable place to stay, away from it all!

Pros: The owner was friendly and did everything he could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The Hobbit Hole was warm, cosy and very charming.

Cons: We arrived in a storm so going to use the outside bathroom in the night was interesting…!

Pros: Everything was just so nice, the people when we arrived was so welcoming and friendly, they should us a lovely tour or the grounds I can not wait to come back here again we stayed for my partners birthday and are 14th anniversary and could not of asked for a better 4 night break thank you again.

Cons: There is nothing not to like we liked everything

The most beautiful place

Pros: The most wondeful place, welcomed from the very beginning such lovely hosts. For a relaxing getaway I would highly recommend. We stayed for a long weekend in July The Hobbit hole is done up to a very high standard, very clean & just an all round beautiful place.

Cons: My only negative is we didn't stay long enough, was sad to leave!

Pros: Great hosts, they've thought of everything you mad need. Everything was so clean and well presented. So friendly and helpful. Beautiful scenery and great location for exploring Cornwall.

Fantastic place to stay if you want to relax, just what we needed.

Pros: It’s beautiful, quiet and relaxing! We loved it thank you :) Close to lovely Perranporth Beach and the multiple shops in Truro.

Cons: We could have done with a fan, but that’s more to do with it being the hottest week of the year so far. I know you can’t control that!

Pros: Quiet, quaint glamping pod in the Cornish countryside. Great connections and can get to anywhere in Cornwall within an hour's drive. Good access to the A30. The hut itself is well laid out with sockets by the bed and a tea/coffee station. Modern bathroom/kitchen sink block a short walk too.

Exceptional friendly stay.

Pros: Excellent location and such a lovely place to unwind for a few days. The family were so friendly and were available if we needed anything. However they allowed our privacy the whole time. No question that this was value for money.

Perfect for a weekend away

Pros: Perfect for a weekend get away! The hut is cosy and has a heater so it was lovely and warm. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay including towels and cleaning products. The owner was very welcoming and lovely to have a chat with. The view was lovely with a small lake and overlooking fields. The hut is lovely and whimsical and we would definitely come again!

Cons: Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for our stay and so the walk to the bathroom was a little chilly but that can’t be helped as we did come in January.

Lovely little spot in the Cornish Countryside with kind attentive hosts

Pros: Lovely stay at the Hobbit Hole the night before and after our friend's wedding at Nancarrow. Was the perfect place to relax. The Hobbit Hole is small but perfectly formed and Niall and Caroline absolutely lovely. Thank you for everything and for making our stay so relaxing and peaceful.

Cons: Nothing, everything was great.
