Cosy cabin in a beautiful setting

Pros: We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. We could not fault the property or the hosts enough. The cabin was equipped with everything that you would need beautiful gardens and we loved the ducks goats and chickens. It was like visiting a little mini zoo. In the fridge with some beautiful fruit with a bottle of Prosecco, the cupboards were stopped full of tea, coffee pastries, cereal it was just beautiful The hot tub was so relaxing.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Super hosts with a super cosy cabin in a great location for exploring Cornwall.

Pros: Our hosts Richard and Kim were so lovely and helpful and welcoming. The cabin is so cute and cosy and they have thought of everything you might need. The fridge was full of lovely breakfast goodies, fresh fruit and eggs, yogurts and butter etc. In addition, they kindly catered for my gluten free dietary needs and there were lots of options available. They even popped a bottle of bubbles in the fridge! The cabin is lovely and warm with under floor heating and a small electric stove. The hot tub was really nice and has great views. We loved the two resident ducks who knock on the patio doors in the morning for their breakfast.

Cons: We loved everything!

Lovely cabin, hosts and great location

Pros: The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and the cabin clean and well-appointed. The hosts had even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, plus some extra goodies which were much appreciated! The bedding was exceptionally soft and comfortable. Despite being on the same grounds as the hosts we were afforded our privacy. The wifi was excellent and we had the use of Netflix, Amazon Prime and iPlayer too. A friendly pair of pet ducks added much amusement. The garden outside the cabin has a good view across some lowlands. The hot-tub was a nice bonus. The location of the property is excellent for exploring most of Cornwall; e.g., Penzance was only just over an hour away. The cabin is ideal for a short stay of around 5 days.

Cons: The only drawback was that parking was a challenge as you had to reverse off quite a 40 mph main road onto a sloped driveway, which could be tricky when traffic was flowing in both directions. We didn't have a problem with this ourselves but the cabin is on a terrace up a flight of steps at the back of the property, so it wouldn't be readily accessible for someone with mobility issues.

Fabulous. Thanks to you both.

Pros: It was extremely clean and fully equipped, Tv with prime etc, Bluetooth speaker, lovely shower, Ricky & Kim have certainly got this place totally right down to needing nothing when you arrive, bread, milk, fruit, yogurts, butter, jam etc etc. just a few miles to St Austell & St Stephen where there are pubs and restaurants. The hot tub was lovely maintained daily

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like.
