Pros: We had a lovely short break, the caravan was very clean, warm and tidy. The milk & cookies were lovely. It was quiet and peaceful, except for the gentle Bah from the sheep on the hills. Very relaxing break. The dog was relaxed too. Lovely walk down to Porth Beach. Like a little secret only a few know about.

Pros: Code was sent in advance, easy to access. The double bed was good quality. There were a few welcome touches. Milk, biscuits and teabags that were very welcome, as the site shop is closed from 1st November (there is a garage nearby) We have stayed in a few caravans for weekend breaks on this site with our dog and this van is by far the best. Not all people travelling with pets like to stay in a smelly seen better days caravan just because they have a dog, and this caravan most certainly was not. We will be returning. Thank you

Pros: The caravan was very clean and was very well maintained and equipped. The host was very friendly, and if you needed to contact them, they were always contactable.

Cons: Parking was a nightmare at times. Often overcrowded with vechiles, so sometimes we had to park away from caravan and walk to get to the one where we were staying.

Book it asap! A right little gem of a staycation

Pros: We highly recommend Sandy Toes and the owners. The regular comms from the owners were formidable. We felt she genuinely wanted us to have the best experience. Although the caravan was difficult to find initially, once we did locate it, it was immaculate. Some better site signage would help this. The welcome gift was positively received by all, especially the dog. The site is quiet, looked after apart from the roads, but this is the same across Britain so harsh to complain really! The on site entertainment is okay but very quiet. We expected a packed clubhouse but far from it. The nearby ventures out are incredibly beautiful. Cornwall ticks every box and if you are happy to drive a little or get the hop on hop off bus you will see the most amazing places. We will defo be booking again!!!

Cons: The hilly walk from the site to the nearest beach is a challenge with a buggy tbf but we 'got over it'. As an avid cook who wants to excite my family with good local cooked food by me, as always if you want to do this in a caravan, it can prove testing so take some additional cookware if you plan to cook hearty meals.
