A perfect venue for golfers.

Pros: It has an excellent set up for our stay. If you love golf and want all the facilities to support your break Bowood is the venue.

Cons: Comfortable and has everything you need.

Great staff, excellent facilities, very comfortable and beautiful location.

Pros: Ease of booking and checking in. Very attentive and friendly staff. Excellent facilities, comfortable bed and bedroom. Exceptionally clean with extra touches like toiletries.

Cons: Our evening meal wasn't such good value for money this time, however we did ask for a smaller portion so it could have been of our own making. The lasagne we ordered was overpriced and dry.

Pros: Very lovely location on a golf course..Great views from the terrace...Large room Comfy bed..Nice big bath...

Cons: Its a golfers hotel and they were really enjoying the place...I was a bit neglected as a late diner on my own and after eating for 10 minutes without any wine in my glass I had to ring the bar via Prague on roaming to order another glass of wine! Fortunately the young lady's mobile rang a few tables away and i was able then to get her attention and wave....She was not happy and certainly didnt see the funny side of it!!

Pros: Location was good, evening meal was very very nice room size good bathroom ok towels were spotlessly clean.All the staff we encountered were lovely from Nigel who booked us in to Nikki who kindly forwarded on some items I had left behind also our evening waitress sorry did not get her name was lovely.

Cons: Bedroom felt cold as laminate flooring and walls all blue as were the curtains and bedding so it was souless and felt cold. Dining room OK but not all the tables had table cloths on for the evening meal so the dining experience felt uncared for and didn't do the excellent meal justice. A second chair in the bedroom would have been nice instead of sitting on the bed to watch tv in the evening.

Bowood park short break

Pros: I Just had a nice break only 3 days, but the food was of a very high standard, the room had a lovely view of the golf course. And the hotel staff were very helpful and nice.

Cons: Nothing everything about the hotel accommodation was excellent 👍
