Pros: Loved our stay at Rockleigh Place the property is beautiful, our room was spotless, with everything we could want or need. The hosts are 2 of the nicest people and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely again hosts couldn't do enough to make sure that we had all we wanted. The terrace with sea views is amazing and just adds to how special this property is. Would highly recommend.

Pros: The initial welcome from Natalia was excellent and extremely friendly. We had a full overview of all the facilities and told we were welcome to use any we wished. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and all facilities with were provide to a great standard. The breakfast choice was excellent and the standard of food and presentation excellent. Also very accommodating on any dietary requirements of slight changes to options offered. Parking also provided on site and overall a perfectly located hotel for many places of interest and we had a very enjoyable stay and experience which I would strongly recommend to others.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike in staying at Rockleigh Place

Pros: The place is a fantastic lovely place, quite close (by car) to places in cornwall so you get to see all cornwell. With lot if love and good idea for every details, the couple running the B&B is amazing. Thanks!

An excellent booking.com b&b.

Pros: The room, location, hosts and breakfasts were excellent. The hosts were very caring and helpful when my wife was unwell and they allowed us to stay in our room for several hours after the normal checkout time.

Cons: Nothing.

Great place to stay when visiting the Eden Project.

Pros: Great location for our visit to the Eden Project, big clean room and facilities and pleasant breakfast.

Cons: The only thing, and this made us smile rather than anything, an instrumental version of the 1975 hit 'Una Paloma Blanca' a several other tunes of this ilk were played over breakfast. An interesting.
