Happy

Pros: Richard was the most accommodating, friendliest of hosts. Poppin was his gorgeous cat, so clever and so loveable. I was very tired and richard understood my state. Ha ha. 🤣 i was probable a very boring guest. 😴 but richard was such an interesting man and most helpful. The room was full of surprises and information. So therefore id highly recommend 👌 this place.

A comfortable stay

Pros: The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Richard is a friendly host, and attentive to the little details, like leaving a KitKat in the room and providing clear written instructions and helpful notes about Bodmin. There is also a collection of books about Cornwall in the shelf. For convenience, there’s a washing machine and dryer available for a fee.

Cons: Nothing about the property itself, just be aware that the surrounding area is quite hilly, so come prepared.

Pros: Lots of attention to detail, unbelievably so and a very warm welcome. Late check-in available. Large comfy bed for just me. Very central for getting to everywhere in Cornwall and in/out of the county. Loved it. Separate bathroom, but I knew this, the price very fairly reflected this and importantly it was nice and super clean.

Convenient and happy

Pros: The hosts are very hospitable and considerate, Richard and Pumpkin made us feel like home in Bodmin. We highly recommend this place to everyone coming to Cornwall from the first time.

The best place ever

Pros: I was in the uk for 5 nights and this by far the best place I stayed + the host was the most friendly person ever, I didn't even have to get my charging cables out because on each side of the bed there was an android + iPhone cable amazing + there was a kit kat in the mug + a lucky penny fantastic place 😃
