Pros: The people were excellent and very good with my dietary needs, GF & LF. Exceptional food so much better than other places I have stayed at.

Pros: Good location, the food was delicious a good range of wine and spirits etc. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Our room was a good size warm and cosy with a very comfortable bed with fluffy towels,

Pros: Stay here every time we come for a short break, around twice a year, bar staff superb, food was lovely, big portions room was clean and we love the fluffy towels, great location and close to the bus stop for buses to Wadebridge, port Isaac or Polzeath

Cons: Too hot, like a sauna, and the green light over the door kept us awake, so bright, you’ve also took away the fridge, we loved that to keep water and milk so a bit disappointing that had gone but didn’t damper our stay

Pros: Very comfortable bed, clean room & the breakfast available the next day was excellent

Cons: The shower could have better water pressure

Cons: breakfast listed as 09.00 hrs doors not open until 09.00. Then had to wait nearly 40 mins for breakfast to arrive.

Pros: Very comfortable room, all clean and well maintained. Staff were all lovely, food was great and all was good value. Nice to be able to choose breakfast items as individually priced. Rooms are separate from main building and very quiet.

Cons: Our room (2) has a very bright emergency exit light over door that is in all the time so no good for a light sleeper

Pros: The location, our room was really warm and comfortable. It was nice being located next to the bar and restaurant.

Pros: I thought the meal was very expensive. £12 fior a starter is too much.

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. The food at dinner was excellent.

Cons: The green LED for the fire exit in the room was extremely bright and felt like there was a night light on all the time.

Better than all of my hopes and expectations

Pros: Car parking was super convenient. It was really clean and the pub better than we could ever expect expected

Cons: The radiator had been left on in the bathroom and it was like a sauna on arrival
