Good value and handy, quiet location

Pros: The owner was very nice. Very clean, modern style. Comfy bed. Excellent parking and a good location for the town and The Camel Trail.

Cons: The bathroom would really benefit from a couple of wall hooks - to hang up a bathrobe and for towels near the shower and basin. Also, a shelf or two to the right of the basin would have been very useful.

Lovely room, friendly host - a great find for visiting events at the Royal Cornwall Showground

Pros: We loved everything about it! The garden seating and views were lovely, the room was spotlessly clean, fantastic shower. There were yummy complementary biscuits - always good after a long day! We don't eat breakfast but there were pots of instant porridge and flapjack.

Cons: Everything was great except that the drop down to the ground from the patio doors was quite steep.....we would have appreciated a step to help us out, particularly when carrying luggage. That might have just been us though.....younger people would probably managed it fine!

Lovely room, great stay

Pros: Great stay, very close to my event and also the centre. Lovely room and nice touches like porridge pots for breakfast and sachets for coffee etc. Liked the separate entrance so that I didn't have to disturb anyone. Parking was right outside too. Nice garden also.

Cons: The only thing I missed was a fridge to keep my milk in for my cup of tea. There is a note to say that they are happy to store items in their main fridge but with my schedule I wouldn't have wanted to intrude - so a small fridge would have been ideal but I just had the sachets of coffee instead in the end. But it wouldn't deter me from booking again.

Perfect overnight stay

Pros: Location was ideal for what we needed. Perfect overnight stay. Very clean and excellent shower. Host kept us informed with updates and was lovely to meet her at the property. Definitely would return if needed.

Pros: Very easy check in, a wonderful host who provided everything we needed. Even offered to put our wine and water in her fridge to keep it cool.
