Beautiful aesthetic, great value 😊

Pros: I loved the welcome cream tea and flowers. I loved the aesthetic of the property. I loved the little outdoor space/ bench to watch stars at night.

Cons: Cleanliness. It could do with a deep clean when and if ot is empty of clients. It had a sout and a promise type clean.

Family Holiday to Cornwall

Pros: The Hay Loft is a beautiful conversion which has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Perfect location for travelling around Cornwall by car. We didn't meet the owners but everything was laid out and prepared for us including a travel cot, high chair and stair gate. The underfloor heating downstairs was a lovely surprise! And both showers are incredible.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was brilliant. A few logs to start us off for the fire would have been nice and there were a few cobwebs but that's really splitting hairs. We'd love to stay here again.

A Cornish Gem

Pros: The home was exactly as demonstrated in the pictures. Extremely homely, tidy, always warm indoors, and provides lots of space for guests. Keys were easy to pick up, and on arrival we were greeted with a lovely surprise of Cornish tea supplies and flowers. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything that you might need for your stay. Other extras included board games/cards to play, and the wood burner which was extremely atmospheric during the evenings. Beds were comfortable to sleep in, and towels were provided for the stay. There are neighbours on both sides of the property, but the location is very quiet.

Cons: Some of the roads leading to the property are extremely narrow and may be difficult to navigate with a bigger car.

Lovely relaxing break

Pros: the character and styling of the property, the welcome pack - flower, scones, biscuits, tea, coffee, and milk the peaceful location, the proximity of the property to west Cornwall, the kitchen the wood burner two bathrooms the waterfall shower the unexpected space downstairs

Cons: the TV was a bit of a challenge to tune in the channels. We got there in the end but it seems that if you switch the TV off at the mains overnight it might lose the channels you found. The driveway required a bit of skill to enter.
