From our country house hotel by the sea, the only thing we overlook is the bay. Our spectacular clifftop location offers a 180 degree sea view over Carlyon Bay. 2nd time of staying here, love it, very good value. Room clean lovely comfortable bed, with a wonderful sea view.

Enjoyable

Pros: Lovely, cheerful, friendly staff. Always make you feel welcome.

Cons: Room could have been a bit warmer, but when I asked for an extra heater it was provided straight away and that solved the issue.

Lovely hotel, in fabulous position across the road from the beach and lovely staff.

Pros: Lovely hotel, & my room had a great view overlooking the sea. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast room has a gorgeous view looking over the sea. After a long day out, dinner served in the bar/restaurant was next to the fire and it was lovely to chat to other guests in the bar and to be recommended a perfect wine!

Cons: Nothing I didn't like, I was there in the off-peak season, which was nice because everywhere was quieter, although this might have affected the amount of choices on the menu, the only thing I'd suggest would be more options for vegetarian/vegan. But otherwise a very lovely stay.

Hotel with character in perfect coastal location.

Pros: Perfect location. Sea view. Friendly staff. Spacious bedroom. Warm and cosy for a November getaway. Delicious food.

Cons: It's a shame the shower was poor.

Perfect in every way!

Pros: We loved the location, the views were stunning , it’s also a beautiful building, the beds were very comfy. The food was great and the staff were friendly and charming, couldn’t do enough for you. Perfect location for the Eden Project. Will definitely return.

We had a restful and cozy stay at the hotel. Excellent location to visit the Eden project and all the sights nearby.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Breakfasts, everything we could hope for. Dinner one night was very good and sufficient. Lounge was comfortable and warm with a beautiful view. (When not raining, not your fault)

Cons: We stayed in rooms 17, 18. These were very cold until the electric radiator had time to warm them. The towel rail did not heat up so the bathroom was a little colder than it might have been. It was a very very wet weekend and I was woken up 3 times with the rain hitting the roof. Also, the water pressure was very low and filling the sink did take some time
