Old Newham Farm

Great time

Pros: The location was really quiet, easy to access and short drive to Tintagel castle and other attractions. No pubs or restaurants around, but for us was perfect to cook our dinner enjoying the countryside views. The host is very friendly and happy to help anytime.

Cons: Central heating

Lovely location fabulous views great for dogs .

Pros: The location is perfect for a quiet evening over looking the fields and country side The hosts Chris & Mary Are very welcoming , Mary even made us scones for us to enjoy in arrival.

Cons: There was nothing not to like about the cottage .

Very central to all the local fishing ports and beach’s. The owners were very friendly.

Pros: The property was very nice, just right for a couple. Everything you need for a getaway.

Cons: We liked everything, but maybe could do with a couple of footrests for the chairs as they are higher than a sofa and a couple of throws.

Peaceful getaway in a lovely location.

Pros: Lovely, peaceful countryside setting. Comfortable, homely feel. Hosts were friendly and informative. Enjoyed the cream tea on arrival and the milk in the fridge are welcoming touches. Liked our daily petting of the horses and watching them exercise in the field. Watch out for the goats they like to pay you a visit :-) Very happy with our break and would recommend.

Cons: Initially we drove past the farm and didn`t realize we had to drive through another farmyard to get to the location. Fine though after the first journey.

A WONDERFUL BREAK - RESTFUL AND PEACEFUL - AT ONE WITH NATURE

Pros: THE PROPERTY FELT LIKE IT WAS MILES FROM ANYWHERE BUT ONLY A SMALL DRIVE TO THE MAIN ROAD TO ALL THE LOCAL AMERNITIES AND VISITORS SPOTS. THE HOSTS MARY AND CHRIS WERE DELIGHTFUL AND THE CREAM TEA THEY PROVIDED FOR OUR ARRIVAL WAS DELICIOUS AND WELCOME. WE WILL BE BACK - AND I WOULD AVVIDE YOU GIVE THIS ONE A TRY !

A definite must for a vacation holiday .

Pros: The farm is peaceful and a beautiful old building well fitted out with all you need for a holiday. Wished we had stayed longer. The owners were friendly and helpful. We couldn't recommend this stay any higher.

Idyllic rural farm retreat

Pros: Beautiful converted barn with roof beams and stone floors. Idyllic rural farm setting, we enjoyed meeting the horses in the barn next door. Great for the dog as there was a small enclosed garden at the back not shown in the pictures. We were very cosy at night with electric blankets on the beds. Our hosts had left us some home made scones when we arrived which were delicious!

Cons: The location is great for Boscastle and Tintagel which are both 15 minute drive away. not such a good location for the south of Cornwall but it suited us perfectly for a short break.

Pros: Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, typisch Englischer Cottage Style, Wohnung gut ausgestattet, sehr ruhig,

Pros: Cottage accogliente e pulito. Proprietari molto gentili e premurosi.

Cons: La posizione non è per nulla ben indicata. La prima notte l'abbiamo persa perché, arrivati tardi, non siamo riusciti a trovare la casa.
