Absolutely amazing. Will definitely be using again.

Pros: the property is amazing - clean/fresh/comfortable. Lovely outside seating area also. Ideally placed for what we wanted to do. Could not fault it one bit. Host was very informative up to the lead up - plenty of information provided.

Pros: .\tGreat Place for a Relaxing Escape The stay exceeded our expectations! Everything was well-prepared, from the spotless cleanliness to the thoughtful touches like soap at every sink and milk in the fridge. They even had wood ready for the fire burner, which made for a cozy evening. The location is perfect, with shops nearby and Charlton within walking distance. The host was extremely responsive and dependable, making the whole process a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect little spot to enjoy st Austell and surroundings

Pros: Very cosy and homely, clean and tidy, everything you needed with a lovely little garden to sit in the son. Great locations with shops, children’s park and good coffee shop nearby. Not far from two excellent beaches as well.

Beautifully furnished cottage, with everything provided in a great location for local attractions

Pros: The cottage was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean with absolutely everything we needed. The small touches included, but often forgotten in holiday cottages made all the difference. The location was great to easily access beaches, Charlestown harbour (which is stunning) coast paths and the Eden Project is only 10 mins away by car and Fowey 20 mins. The underfloor heating was toasty, and the wood burner with complimentary logs was a lovely touch.

Cons: We really couldn’t fault it, if I was pushed, the only thing is the road outside has a bit of traffic at peak times and there’s only one parking space, but there is on street parking right opposite so not a problem.
