Winter stay

Pros: From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. A Robin arrived on our doorstep when we arrived and didnt leave. We had a recent loss in the family so this was very comforting for us. The pod itself was spacious and very well designed with space saving furniture and modern decor. Equipped with all appliances and accessories you could need. They even provided spa style dressing gowns (super soft too). Warm and cosy through out.. very well insulated from the weather. My son loved the bunk beds.. or his den as he referred to it, and ofcourse the muddy puddles. It rained for the duration of our time here, but there is no better sound than rain on a cabin roof! We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Pros: A well equipped camping pod in a stunning location. The camping site was lovely and peaceful and tucked away amongst the trees. We loved sharing breakfasts outside with the resident robin! Several heaters were provided but we found the pod to be really well insulated.

Cons: We were incredibly lucky with the weather but did note that if it had been heavily raining, some more hooks (potentially outside on the porch) would have been helpful to prevent getting the furniture wet.

Pros: A lovely quiet spot,close to amenities with designated parking area which we always look for .Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing,we were very impressed.

We came as your guests, we left as your friends.

Pros: Peace & Quiet, no noise disturbance from 9pm to 9am. Our canine pal (Enzo) loved it, trees everywhere.

Cons: On arrival there was a bit of a worry, as to why I had not received correspondence, to book into our lodge. The reception was closed, I had informed what time we’d be there. Bit of a flap, though on knocking the other door, Steward popped up & sorted us out amicably. Thank You Bro. Though FairPlay, Kerry did state it was a mishap on her part. Quite honourable to say so gal. Great golf club down the road too.
