Lovely place, will definitely come again!

Pros: Great place to stay, loads of space for families. All the necessities required for a great stay.

Cons: The instructions provided to find the home were terrible! Arriving in the dark was stressful. A what 3 words, better signposting and clearer directions (with distances) would be helpful. Perhaps clearly naming the cottages too as we tried to enter the wrong one!

Ideally located cottage clean and cosy

Pros: Fantastic location, very tranquil and cosy inside. Lovely big kitchen and comfy bed!

Cons: No internet!!!

Lovely House & Peaceful Location

Pros: Lovely peaceful location. The garden is a nice place to spend an evening - many birds and bats later on.

Cons: Take extra care exiting the drive onto the road! Cars approach at speed from both directions and visibility when exiting is not great.

Fabulous countryside space

Pros: The land surrounding the barn was amazing, so quiet and peaceful it was just perfect for us and our dog.

Cons: We weren't 100% sure what to bring so brought duvet covers and pillow cases, but not towels. As it turned out we needed towels so had to go and buy some.

A beautiful place in a quiet location

Pros: A lovely property, situated in a beautifully quiet location, yet convenient for accessing Bodmin and the A30, making travel within Cornwall easy. Everything you would expect in terms of a country cottage, and I would certainly return.

Cons: While it wasn't particularly an issue for me, the lack of WiFi at the property could be viewed as a negative in today's world. The only other minor niggle was discovering that the HWRC site down the road had to be booked in advance to dispose of our rubbish. It would be helpful if this were made clear in the information provided at the property, together with details on how to make a booking.

Pros: The accommodation is really nice, a good size, in a really nice area and in its own grounds with nice views.

Cons: The kitchen sink tap was very loose and the worktop close to it needs a bit of TLC. The only other thing was the bins. The council don't collect and a previous resident left a bin bag in the bin, so I took that and our rubbish to the tip and got turned away as you have to pre book. So we pre booked for our last day, just a pain when you are supposed to be on holiday.

Loved staying here, very comfortable, great location.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable and warm. Very private with large garden.

Cons: Entrance to the property was on a fast road with little visibility.

Great central base to explore Cornwall from with the dogs in tow.

Pros: The property is remote, but at the same time the nearest village with pub, chippy and shop etc is a 5 min drive away, the property is also dog friendly so just what we wanted. The property was large and spacious, furnished well with all the amenities you would need, the property is not modern, but cosy and homely. We would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Pros: The quirkiness of the cottage, beds were comfortable. Went to lots of places so was only there at night really.

Cons: Nothing didn't like.

Pros: The barn was lovely we really liked the big kitchen and spent quite alot of time in their chatting, the lounge was comfy too, only slight negative was no washing machine didn't affect our stay, but would be a handy addition.

Cons: No washing machine.
