Perfect getaway

Excellent!!!

Pros: The hosts really thought of everything. The facilities were amazing and the place was immaculate. The welcome gift bag was a lovely touch after a long journey. Instructions for all appliances was very well thought out too. Honestly cannot fault the accommodation.

Cons: Loved everything but if I had to put a negative, it would be the precarious road with no pavement (a little scary when you have children with you) and the many steps , but I suppose that’s the price you pay for such stunning views.

Amazing home from home²

Pros: This is a truly amazing find. So well thught out. From the little touches to the taste of an amazing bathroom. We went with 5 adults and we all had so much room and privacy. . Compy beds , amazing rooms. Great decor. We didnt want to leave. We will be back.

Cons: The only down side is the steep drive when wet.. we had alot of rain , and lots of wheel spinning . 🤣

Extraordinary

Pros: This was the best experience we ever had away from home. We didn't feel like guests we felt at home. It was very hard for us to leave and will definitely come back. The cottage was exceptional and Sam and Tim are best hosts we have ever encountered.

Cons: We wanted to stay longer but we had to leave. Next time will arrange for a longer stay.

Pros: Amazing place in a great location! The hosts were very helpful at all time and the place was very clean with nice furniture throughout. The view from the balcony was lovely.

Beautiful!

Pros: We loved everything about it, the accommodation was beautiful and had EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need. The most comfortable bed ever and the most beautiful views!

Cons: My only tiny gripe was the wifi password didn't work and the walk/drive up and down the drive was a little scary but it didn't spoil our stay. You don't need wifi, just look at the views, could sit there for a week just looking!

Beautiful property ideally located for visiting Southern Cornwall.

Pros: We enjoyed a lovely stay in Langunnett Cottage. It is ideally located close to the coastal town of Looe and it has great views over the East Looe River. The cottage is clean, modern, comfortable and very well-equipped both inside and on the outside decking. Our hosts, Sam & Tim, were very friendly and helpful and they made us feel very welcome. We would not hesitate to book Langunnett Cottage again in the future.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning. It was all good.
