Pros: It was excellent - everything you needed, clean and spacious and comfortable, with friendly staff and good food. I really liked the fact that you could just get an excellent evening meal and breakfast on-site without having to go anywhere - convenient in a rural area where a lot of people will be driving.

Much better than expected, given that we stayed in a room on a holiday caravan site.

Pros: Excellent food in the Bistro, evening meals and breakfast.

Cons: Latest check-in time is a little restrictive, with £20 penalty for every hour beyond 7pm.

Great location, quiet and comfortable.

Pros: The location was ideal, near all the big towns and beautiful beaches without being on them which made it quieter. It had all the comforts of a small flat with all the necessary appliances. Great value for money.

Very pleasant accommodation- very clean and comfortable

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Meal in the Bistro was lovely. Attentive host.

Cons: Had to strip bed and clear up own rubbish which was unexpected , as we had to leave early

Pros: Exceptional Stay in Cornwall We stayed here for one night during our visit to Cornwall, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. To our pleasant surprise, we were informed that our booking had been upgraded to one of their holiday homes — and it was absolutely beautiful. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We genuinely appreciated the thoughtful service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Good company and staff exceptionally friendly

Pros: Location not good because we didn't have a car. Didn't check out how far away from Penzance it was. Also the wording Inn suggests a hotel or pub not a lodge on a camping site.

Cons: Lack of buses to and from site
