Pros: The cottage was lovely had everything needed and was super cosy . Lovely location. The owner Derek and manager Hazel are lovely friendly people. Very quiet location. The goats are absolutely gorgeous and the chickens and ducks are so fun to watch. Perfect stay .

Comfortable and cosy.

Pros: It was lovely and warm on arrival. We arrived very late and lighting had been left on for us to enter easily. The propertly was clean and comfortable. Fresh eggs from the farm had been left for us to enjoy.

Excellent accomodation and fantastic value!

Pros: I thought the cottage was charming, reasonable price and great centre foor Looe and Millendreath beach for dogs.

Cons: The only negative was we needed pound coins for the washing machine. We don't mind paying we were just not prepared.

Relaxing and easy, a well recommended place to stay.

Pros: Location was simply wonderful,, Soooo Quiet and relaxing. Cottage was immaculately clean and had everything you needed. Plenty carparking. lovely grounds. Easy to get to.

Cons: Think the Cottage needed a little love, but location far outweighs a door that needs a coat of paint and misted windows. Just word of warning to drivers the lanes are very very tight so keep your eyes open and speed down. The Walk to the beaches and to looe are nice and easy but getting back may be hard as all generally uphill especially after a meal and a few beers, Taxis will rip you off so beware.

Beautiful location quirky little accommodation very friendly host will definitely return great value

Pros: Loved the location host very friendly lovely fresh chicken eggs on arrival was a lovely touch and very delicious really comfy bed and the shower was fantastic
