Wonderful Countryside atmosphere

Pros: Wonderful countryside atmosphere, peace and quiet. Surrounded by plenty of flowers, trees, and plants. Fresh eggs from the farm’s hens as a welcome gift. Friendly animals around the property. An ideal location for hiking and close to the beach. A cafetière available for brewing coffee.

Cons: The freezer and fridge doors didn’t close properly, which caused water to condense on the food, and the freezer was completely iced over. It was very cold in the bedrooms, and the heating didn’t work as it should

Well equipped sweet cottage, great location to explore area by car

Pros: Lovely quiet location in beautiful countryside, easy to explore area by car. Well equipped cottage, good for self catering. Well organised recycling, commitment to sustainability and environment. Friendly staff and cats!

Cons: We really enjoyed our stay but if I was being picky the downstairs (bedrooms) were damp and cold, even in the summer you could smell the damp at night. I think because it is a stone cottage maybe? Shower a bit inconsistent, lurching hot/cold with broken bracket, but not massive problem for me.
