Pros: Wonderful views, lovely property which is warm and comfortable will all you need for a great vacation.

Cons: To access this property and have these fantastic views you have to go up a very steep narrow hill with parking for only a small car and restricted turning. May not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues and may test your fitness levels. Help can be arranged with bags.

Meadowsweet for Kernowfornia Festival

Pros: The accommodation itself was as described very warm and comfortable, fantastic views, all the facilities you could require and excellent suntrap patio when the sun is shining Think more could be made of the near by facilities to highlight the convenience of the location ie great pub\

Cons: Description of off road parking, very steep incline to property, not really emphasised until instructions emailed just before travelling although £28.00 for 7 days parking at Millpool is very reasonable.
