Beautiful house in beautiful Looe.
Pros: Spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The house feels like a home and had so many thoughtful little touches that really made the stay a pleasure. Milk, wine and biscuits waiting for us, fast internet, comfy beds, proper kitchen with kit there so cooking is easy and enjoyable. There’s a big list of things that the hosts have thoughtfully supplied and so it’s a wholehearted recommendation.
Cons: Nothing.

We had the best time in a truly awesome property is an amazing town!
Pros: The property is amazing! The hosts have given so much thought into ensuring their home has everything and more for people staying there! It was perfect! The property is also in a great spot, amenities are little a few feet from your door, a convenient store, great little pub, coffee shops etc but the area was peacefully quiet! Just wonderful.
Cons: Only staying for 5 days, we wanted to stay longer!

A Cornish Gem – Regency Elegance Meets Homely Comfort
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Regent House. It’s just a short walk to the working harbour, the town’s oldest pub, the local spa, and Co‑op — everything you need is right on the doorstep. The house itself is full of character, spread over three floors with original Regency features that give it real charm. It’s clearly been looked after with care — stylish but also warm and welcoming, which made it feel like home from the moment we arrived. The extra touches really stood out — a brilliant selection of board games that kept the whole family happy in the evenings, and a really easy-to-use digital guidebook that helped us settle in straight away. It even included local recommendations, some of which we tried and loved. The hosts were fantastic with their communication — friendly and helpful throughout, without ever being intrusive. Regent House is a special place, tucked in a proper Cornish community but with everything you need to explore the region.
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like — it was a lovely stay from start to finish.

Lovely home from home
Pros: The house was really lovely, very comfortable, and had everything we could need for eating in, playing games, or just watching a movie. The location was great too.
Cons: It wasn't a huge problem, but the parking wasn't always the easiest.
