Comfy house in a first class location for vacation in Newquay

Pros: Comfy and well appointed house in the centre of Newquay. 3 large bedrooms with comfy beds and 2 bathrooms. Nice garden area and off road parking. Great view from the top floor.

Superb house, top notch

Pros: Lovely house, excellent fittings, furniture, really good quality throughout. Modern rooms, all excellent. Can't fault.

Cons: Literally nothing.

Pros: The property is fantastic, clean, comfortable and the location is so close to the town. The property has very comfortable beds. We slept so well! The owners are great and accommodating. Definitely be booking again and recommending.

Great week, nice house needs improving in areas for price paid

Pros: Location of the property was within walking distance of Newquay, property was modern with homely feel about it. The kitchen was nicely stocked and they’d left some essentials for us to use. Beds were comfy, showers worked nicely! We didn’t spend much time at the property as we were out at about exploring the local area and southern Cornwall.

Cons: Things to improve about the property - sofas are very tired, cushions slide off the front, they weren’t comfy to sit on. The downstairs bathroom in need of a freshen up especially the shower area. The curtain of the upstairs room needs to be wider as let’s light in and also the window that looks like it used to be a bathroom on the stairs needs a curtain or blind as that let light in in the morning Upstairs room in need of some drawer space Garden area could have been tidier, wasn’t very clean when we arrived including old coals in bbq

We had really nice holiday, the house is comfortable and in a very strategic location.

Pros: We really liked the location and parking facilities, the garden is big enough to relax in.

Cons: We would have preferred the bathroom’s to be both on the upper floors. Also the WiFi was a bit hit and miss.

Pros: we had such a nice post-a levels trip to newquay (a group of 5 of us), the house was gorgeous, the location was perfect- just out of the way of anything busy but only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. we loved every second of it and would love to come back in the future! the hosts were so helpful, there was a sign inside with some amazing suggestions for things to do and places to eat (we would recommend nalu, box and barber and blend for some amazing breakfast/brunch food!) and a full handbook of everything we could need. also i’ve never slept in such a comfy bed! such an amazing place to stay for such a good price :) (photo attached is the view from one of the bedrooms- beautiful!)

Beautiful home in a brilliant central location, perfect for families and groups.

Pros: Really lovely home. Well stocked kitchen with all necessary amenities (dishwasher / washing machine / tumble dryer). Really comfy beds and nicely decorated throughout. Parking is brilliant and fitted 2 cars and a van. Location is brilliant. Walkable to the whole town, Fistral and Towan beaches, and supermarkets.

Cons: Needed a few more towels, if beach towels were available that would be an added bonus. Blinds in bedrooms don’t block out the morning sun at all, you’re up when the suns up!

We had a lovely stay and would love to return when next in Newquay

Pros: Lovely comfortable house with stylish interior and the fact that it has three double bedrooms was fantastic, with two having great views.

Cons: The tv we couldn’t get the tv channel’s! One of the remote’s didn’t work
