Edge of Padstow

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in this beautiful home from home lodge.

Pros: Lovely clean and spacious dog friendly lodge with great views. Well equipped with lots of small touches that made it a very comfortable stay. Electric charging point is a real plus! The site is immaculate too, very peaceful with the added bonus of Craftworks for a meal/drink. Perfect location for exploring Padstow and the surrounding area. Would definitely return.

Cons: Nothing really! The mattresses weren’t overly comfortable so woke up aching a bit in the mornings, and if staying for longer, drawers in the bedrooms would be useful.

Perfect location, exactly as seen on photos, we certainly enjoyed our stay!

Pros: A little hiccup with the key safe box when we arrived was soon fixed by the excellent reception and maintenance staff there. The lodge was exactly as seen on photos, all was clean, spacious really well equipped and beautiful views. The walk into Padstow is ok, not scenic but you get there in 15 minutes. Although we did not have our dog with us - the lodge and the park are really well geared for dogs, so no problem should you bring your fury friend.

Cons: One slight downside was the e-charging at the property - it has a label with instructions on it, but these were faded and not readable. We used the ones by reception, though don't arrive without charge as the first day they were in constant use. The instructions for the e-charger could be inside so easier to read

Beautiful cabin

Pros: Felt very luxurious - beautiful decor, Lovely comfy beds and gorgeous bathrooms. Well equipped.

Cons: Nothing. It was perfect.

The lodge was a perfect place to explore Padstow, local beaches and a couple of lovely dog walks too

Pros: Very clean and spacious - perfect location for exploring this part of Cornwall. Loved that it was dog friendly - our dogs were right at home and loved exploring the local area with us too! Bonus having coffee machine! Didn’t need my (not particularly enjoyed) instant!

Lovely Stay

Pros: Great stay, very comfy chalet and near to Padstow center. The bedrooms are large and the lounge and kitchen area very comfortable and spacious. The onsite playground, shop and doggy washing facilities make it perfect for families and dog owners. Need to bring wellies as the walk into town was incredibly muddy / flooded so had to drive down as it rained so much!

Cons: Expensive compared to booking direct with the Holiday Park.

September getaway.

Pros: The location was excellent. The lodge had everything we could have needed. Very handy having a tesco nearby. The bedrooms were super comfy and a fantastic size. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Relaxing family holiday with two teens. Fabulous views and great accommodation.

Pros: Fantastic stay. View from property is amazing. Spacious living area and great to have two bathrooms.

Cons: No washing up bowl and kitchen sink plug leaked water. But didn’t matter or spoil holiday.
