Wonderful holiday

Pros: How clean the caravan was and how comfortable it was. Loved the little extra bits with Netflix and the board games. Considering how bad the weather was it was lovely to have a comfy place to hang out. Holiday park is situated in a perfect location for all areas. 5 min drive to middle of Newquay, 40mins from Boscastle and Tintagel

Cons: The weather haha

Pros: The caravan was clean and well equipped, fast private WiFi so you don't need to use the park guest WiFi. Beds were comfy and location is great pess than a 10 minute drive to the coast. I would recommend and go back.

Pros: Excellent location, very warm van and lovely decking with seating.

Cons: Cooker full of grease, very dirty oven, floors hadn't been cleaned.

Pros: Lovely caravan. We were close to everything on site. The caravan felt very private. With the decking on the side of the caravan, it was lovely to sit out on a morning. We found the site to be in a great spot to go to different places round cornwall. Staff were friendly. The pool on site was heated. Would definitely recommend

Cons: When cleaning the caravan, check the cooking utensils. They were really dusty.

A very useful base about 10 minutes drive from Newquay

Pros: Well equipped, comfortable space, great communication from host who sorted an issue in super quick time.

Cons: Twin beds were very narrow and very springy. Users of the park should be aware that using the on-site pool or entertainment requires a pass which is bought from parkdean reception. We expected to pay a small amount for a pass but the minimum time you can buy is £18 for 0-6 days per person which was alot considering we were only there for 2 nights and the pool was closed on the friday. This wasn't made clear in any of the information so we were disappointed with the facilities when we arrived as we had really looked forward to a swim.

Everything I hoped it would be!

Pros: The property was clean and welcoming, with everything we needed. The whole experience of booking, communication, checking in and out, went without a single inconvenience. The ease of booking and managing the holiday from beginning to end was an absolute pleasure!

Loved the accommodation and would love to stay again

Pros: Location was brilliant . Lovely homely feeling to caravan. Very thoughtful extras such as tea biscuits milk etc. loved the games thanks we had fun of a night playing .

Cons: Nothing to be honest it was perfect

Pros: Space and outside seating. Location and distance to amenities great. Loved the Family board games and activities provided and swimming/ beach Equipment/play toys.

Cons: Only one shower had hot water. Curtains kept falling off rails in all rooms when open.

Pros: Good location, nice terrace in front of the house and above all clean and pleasant
