Pros: This caravan owner could give lessons to Siblu France! There were more facilities included for a lesser price. Very informative communication. Thank you for the birthday chocolates. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. The TV was huge. Bedrooms were fully equipped and with spare bedding. The bathrooms were great with extra towels included.

Cons: Finding an empty Kylie Prosecco bottle under the bed. The cooker and pans needed a good clean before they could be used.

Perfect place to relax

Pros: Clean , location near the sea , all the things we need we find inside , comfy beds

Pros: Excellent location close to Newquay and 3 stunning beaches in close proximity. Comfortable and lovely view of mountains from decking. Pool and sauna located in main club house clean and of high standard( large swimming pool) Host information was also very helpful and friendly service.

Pros: Nice quiet location,a good base for exploring. Big supermarkets nearby,beaches round the corner.Accom was clean and practical if a little narrow in place for six footers plus like us. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to make a decent meal like at home. Wi fi worked brilliantly,firestick never stopped. We relaxed over the week and felt more and more comfotable day by day. Good break, we would definitely return.

Great place to stay

Pros: The owners could not have been more accommodating. Accommodation was clean and exactly as advertised. Staff on site friendly and even put on some entertainment even though it was quiet

It was a lovely break. Steve and Fiona were lovely. They answered all our questions and provided us what we need.

Pros: Loved the views! I think it was a good location with nice facilities.

Cons: I think it was just unfortunate that there were neighbors who smoked weed.

Really enjoyed are stay there could not fault anything

Pros: Clean caravan in a good location. 20 mins walk to Porth beach and the Mermaid Inn. Steve replied quickly to my questions and allowed us to check in early. Much appreciated.

A fairytale landscape and very good comfort.

Pros: Hi honestly I recommend it with confidence to spend your holidays, it is clean, the message is a fairy tale, go with confidence, and of course with your pets. Thank you very much for the holiday we had in your residence. A New Year 2025🤗🎉🥂🍾

Pros: Very comfortable mobile home. We didn't use any of the site facilities so can't comment. Good location for all the things we wanted to do. Owners were very quick to respond to queries Would definitely recommend
