Home from Home

Pros: Property was peaceful, good location, being a short walk from the beach and short drive to Padstow Harbour, we use it as a home from home base to explore further a field. we visit every year and always feel comfortable and it's like coming home! Amazing places to explore in North Cornwall. Very dog friendly, our oldie settled quickly and loved exploring the local areas and being with us. Property has everything you need, used the open fire after long days of walking and exoring which was so relaxing. we had a very stress free Christmas break! Tessa was on hand when we had initial issues with the heating on arrival as it was really cold, the Housekeeper and maintenance person were also easily contactable and the problem was resolved really quickly, with a video call, this was an Issue due to recent storms, (not surprising as we always book in winter) not reflective of property or host. Always really sad for our breakaway to end, we love Sunways!

Cons: Have visited every year, so never have any unexpected surprises! Leaving is always the low point

Simple but comfortable place with nice garden, well equipped kitchen and generally clean place.

Pros: Location was excellent 👌, quiet private road, close to absolutely stunning beach .

Cons: Very loud toilet sliding door in main bedroom.

The best Cornwall holiday we’ve had for years. We’ve come home totally chilled. Definitely want to book again.

Pros: The location, space, storage, equipment, ambience. The response from the owner Tessa to our slight problem with the dishwasher was prompt and helpful.

Cons: The duvets were a bit warm for the fantastic weather we had. The lawn could have done with mowing. However we found the slightly casual nature of the garden was charming!

We return every year with our Pups, lovely location, easy access and lovely little village type feel

Pros: Location is amazing!, Whole property and left to get on with it which is nice so you can relax without feeling watched. Got hit by storm Ciaran and a power cut and Host was easily contactable and the lovely Housekeeper was on hand via phone to offer support and check in, incase we needed anything(even offered to get us us something if required)

Very pleasant- will be back again hopefully some time

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Gegend

Pros: Hervorragende Unterkunft, ein Schlafzimmer mit eigener Toilette und Waschbecken plus ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Des Weiteren ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Bodengleicher Dusche. Ein weiteres Zimmer mit Einzelbett war auch noch vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Hier kann man aber schön die Koffer abstellen. Schöne Terrasse mit großem Garten und Gartenmöbel. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, die Möbel / Kochgeschirr sind schon etwas abgewohnt aber alles sehr sauber. Unschlagbar gut ist der Kurze Weg zum Strand mit der Strandbar, wo es zu Pizza auch ein gutes Bier gibt. Parken ist dort ohne Probleme möglich.
