Toadstools is comfortable, clean and convenient.

Pros: Toadstools is a private cottage, well equipped with everything we needed.

Cons: The bathroom is tiny - but serviceable.

Lovely secluded country escape

Pros: Very close to some local fields for walking the dog. Owners were very responsive and helpful by WhatsApp. Felt very private even though it was on the grounds of a larger property.

Cons: The bed was slightly creaky, but I'm a light sleeper.

Perfectly peaceful.

Pros: Perfect if you have a pooch with you, secure garden so you don’t have to worry about them being outside. Great size property, has everything you need for your break. Also, the golden lion pub… AMAZING food.

Lovely base to explore western Cornwall. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and we hope to return one

Pros: Very quiet location. Own secure garden for the hound. Everything we needed was there. Perfect place for a week away.

Pros: Had everything you needed, very clean will be back.

Cons: Need a signpost on the roadside, gate centre for locking rods very high, our car is low and the fist tine caught bottom of car.

Will return!

Pros: Lovely little location which was nice and secure for our dog. Owners greeted us on arrival and were lovely. Bed was very comfy, good night sleep and it's really peaceful. The place is nice & cosy and heated up quickly with the heaters on. Everything you need including a small jug of milk for a cuppa when you get in.

Cons: TV could have had a bit of dusting 😂 but very minor. Everywhere else was nice and clean & in good working order. Be aware the driveway is an old farm track so go slow otherwise your be replacing your suspension!
