Grey Mullet Guest House

Pros: I loved the location and the authentic old world charm of the guest house. Also the room was very clean.The owner was very helpful on arrival.

Cons: Room very small but sufficient for a solo traveller.

Good clean comfortable guest house. Ideal for short stay.

Pros: Good central location. Nice room, good size for a single . Good facilities, coffee, tea etc. comfortable bed.

Cons: No breakfast

Pros: Lovely cute place to stay right in the heart of st ives! So close to everything and right round the corner from Porthmeor Beach and St IVes Bakery. Kettle, tea and coffee and biscuits in the room! Ken was great and always on hand to help with questions. Perfect for me as a solo traveller.

Cons: I didn’t dislike anything. The only thing I would say is if you’re a light sleeper and like an early night - maybe take some headphones or ear plugs for the late evenings when people are heading home or coming out of the pubs/restaurants! The convenience of the location makes up for some of that noise though I feel.

Great value for money for a comfortable stay

Pros: Room was comfortable and clean, it was exactly what I needed. Location was perfect.

Cons: Central location meant it was noisy, but I expected it!

Pros: Ken, the host, was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Would stay again and just bring earplugs

Pros: Great location, near beach and shops Ken was so lovely, kind and welcoming

Cons: Noise from surroundings and people walking above on 2nd floor kept me awake Many Cobwebs under bed and above

Pros: It was clean, private and comfortable, great location, very cosy

Cons: It was a bit noisy at night being close to a bar and very loud seagulls in the morning

Pros: Location. Right by the harbour. Lots of amenities.

Cons: St Ives car traffic. I would seriously consider park and ride if I ever came back. No breakfast

Pros: Location was super close to shops and the sea front

Cons: Although the location is great, it means you can hear people walking past quite late. It’s not overly noisy, but might not suit someone who wants to be asleep by 9

Very happy with my overall stay

Pros: Was a little upset that they have stopped serving breakfast but overall was happy with my room
