A beautiful cosy house with perfect location between st ives and Penzance

Pros: The house was beautiful and had a very well stocked kitchen for us to make meals during our stay. The bedroom was comfortable and bathroom very clean. Overall the house was very cosy and a great place to stay while exploring Cornwall.

Cons: The only down side was the skylight above the bed did not have a blind so we were woken up each morning by the sun. Also there was no garden for our dog to use so each time he needed the toilet we had to walk him down the road to a green area.

Just what we needed.

Pros: The location was good with dedicated off road parking. Nicely renovated old cottage with enough space to not feel cramped. The all important large double bed... Why do so many places have \

Cons: Nothing really, mostly just personal preference. The Velux in the bedroom could do with an electric blind.

Perfect Cornish mini break

Pros: Great location for bus and train to busy resorts, eg St Ives & Penzance. Ample parking in St Erth even at peak season. Beautiful cottage, very clean, quiet, beautifully decorated. Everything was very high quality. The hosts were so welcoming and checked in with us by email to ensure all was to our satisfaction.

Cons: No access to outside space to sit and have morning coffee or stargaze after dark.

A gem.

Pros: Beautiful, cozy, impeccably clean and tidy cottage handy for St Ives and Penzance. Everything you could hope for from this (seemingly) newly renovated gem. Perfect for us as a couple with a baby.

A comfortable and cosy cottage to stay within easy drive of beautiful beaches and places to visit.

Pros: Renovation has been done sympathetically and to high standard. Lots of character. Spacious for a one bedroom property. Close to station so ideal for travelling into St Ives. Easy access from main road A30.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Perfect and quaint village retreat

Pros: Caroline and Daran have made this cottage into a perfect holiday home. The cottage is comfortable and has all mod cons whilst retaining its rustic and authentic charm. It's perfectly located in Saint Erth, a pretty little village with a good pub just a stones throw from the cottage. A corner shop opposite the pub with everything you need. There is a tranquil riverside walk and the locals we met were very friendly.

Cons: Everything was perfect for me.
