Great location, lovey little cottage and Danny was always there to answer our questions promptly.
Pros: Location was great and relatively easy to find after a very long and dark night time trip from London. Cottage was cosy and had everything we needed. Felt like a genuine home. St Mawes a very pretty English seaside village and we had a great walk on the Salt Path to St Just.
Cons: Slightly tricky back door locking (perhaps only for Australians!) Also, during our stay in the post-Xmas period many places, shops, cafes, hotels and even the St Mawes Castle, were closed. The RisingSun Hotel was open and excellent.

Warm cottage in a good location as near to the beaches , shops and restaurants of St Mawes
Pros: Great location and had everything we needed for our stay . It was nice and warm with a wood burner fire for the evenings . The host was very quick to respond and friendly and helpful .
Cons: I felt the plastic strip on the bottom of the shower door should be replaced as it was old and mouldy. Also I felt under the sofas should be cleaner as upon retrieving dog balls it was quite dirty under there .

We were blessed with a very sunny week and had a wonderful time.
Pros: Proximity to the harbour. The sunny decking with sea views. The owner was very easy to converse with. Plenty of information about the cottage and surroundings.
Cons: It was perfect for 4 of us. It might have been a bit tight with 6 people.

A lovely, comfy cottage in a beautiful location
Pros: Great location and minute’s walk from the centre of St Mawes. The wood burner as it was very cold. The milk, biscuits and toiletries which were provided. Comfy beds with good quality bedding. Quick response from owner when we couldn’t get into the property. Flexibility of checking in time.
Cons: The key code had been changed but we messaged and received a reply within minutes. We couldn’t get the radiators to work but there was an electric heater and we used the wood burner. The boiler wasn’t on when we arrived so no hot water, however, we managed to work it out!
