Perfect cottage for one at Christmas when visiting relatives in the village

Pros: The cottage was very quiet and comfortable for one person. I felt very safe there. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was very helpful when I didn't know how to switch on lights and heating/hot water. She answered me immediately and there were no further complications.

Cons: It's an old cottage which is quaint and full of character. If you are tall, watch out - the beams can be low in some areas!

Pros: We had a lovely stay at Coombe cottage, the location was excellent and parking was easy. The cottage is well equipped and looked after and was a great base for us to explore Cornwall. Communication with the host was easy and our stay was seamless, thank you so much and we hope to be back,

Cozy oldstyle Cottage

Pros: Das Cottage hat Charme und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist abseits der Beaches und nicht wie auf den Bilder zu vermuten schnell zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist bergig und ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.

Cons: Leider war das Cottage nicht sauber als wir anreisten. Das warme Wasser muss vorher mit einem Heizer erwärmt werden, sodass spontanes duschen nicht möglich ist. Private Sachen und Essensreste (angefangene Flaschen, Konserven,veraltete Lebensmittel....)der Besitzerin sollten für das Wohlbefinden des Gastes weggeräumt werden. Das Grab im Garten ist sehr befremdlich. Parkplatz ist nicht direkt am Haus vorhanden.
