Pros: A dark winter evening on arrival Welcome pack insitue, light left on to welcome us and house warm on entry which was tidy clean and welcoming

Cons: The bathroom only had a bath with shower inside. Would have preferred stand a lone shower Difficult for those with mobility problems or big cases ;The stairs up to bedroom is circular and narrow

Quaint and convenient stay in the heart of St Agnes.

Pros: An absolute gem in the heart of St Agnes. Right across the road from the Spar and next door to the Railway Inn and a quaint little bakery. Within walking distance of gift shops, St Agnes bakery, the local butcher and other stores. Everything was superb and we loved our stay in the cottage. So much attention given to making our stay comfortable including fresh milk, bread, jam and eggs left out for us to enjoy!

Cons: Absolutely nothing, the property is perfect! The spiral staircase seemed daunting at first, but even my 74 year old mum was able to cruise up and down it with ease!

Great characterful small cottage centrally located in the St Agnes

Pros: It is a cosey cottage, Lindsay could not do more to make one welcome and comfortable, thinking of all ones needs, and getting in tea, coffee and milk to ones liking. Even provided dishwasher and clothes washing soap.

Cons: The spiral stairs are very narrow and I was unable to get my soft long bag up so had to unpack down stairs and take up in stages. Unfortunately not having parking on the property but there is a paid carpark behind the cottage. Not very keen on the bedside lights as gave off limited light for reading.

Pros: The contact and support from the owners was excellent The recently renevated cottage is in a central location in easy walking distance of local shops and cafes and the local St Agnes bakery is well worth a visit
