Ideal location and accomodation for visiting lots of local attractions.

Pros: The location was great, amazing views across St Austell to the bay. Beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious Overall it was the ideal base for us while we helped our daughter with her house renovations in Par

Cons: We could have done with more pillows, there were only 4 in total and they were very lumpy☹️ The dishwasher was great but there needs to be more cutlery, bowls and mugs as there just wasn’t enough if we used the dishwasher efficiently, i.e ran it full

Excellent flat - thoroughly recommend

Pros: Spacious modern, superb kitchen excellent location idea to look after our grandchildren

Cons: Sink in family bathroom did not drain quick enough - think the u bend maybe partially blocked

Excellent accommodation

Pros: Very spacious, great view from kitchen windows. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Great laundry facility.

Cons: Flight of stairs, second floor flat. You will need to carry your suitcase up.

Altogether brilliant stay, lovely flat, excellent value.

Cons: We were not given a key code to get into gated property so we had to wait until a resident let us in.

Cons: We left the keys in the key box when we went out each day and the Keybox numbers had been moved when we got back each evening so we were wary that someone had been in whilst we were out and it wasn’t a good feeling.
