Pros: The property was excellent, very neat, tidy and clean.

Cons: The instructions to locate the property were confusing. If they included landmarks such as first right after roundabout, sign at corner saying Seventh Day Adventist church in yellow, Car park or even Cinema would have helped. We arrived in the dark and our satnav took us to the High St No 10 but that was not the entrance. We also looked for a locked gate but the gate was open. It would be helpful to mention about poor lighting if arriving at night. We also expected the key box to be beside the door not beside another door. In summary more landmarks for parking, and clearer instructions for arriving in the dark please.

Very pleasant 3 night stay

Pros: Excellent central location for our needs, less than 1/2 hour drive to visit both north and south coasts of Cornwall. Apartment was clean and tidy with loads of space, big bedrooms, all very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need

Cons: A bit noise from the high street, understandable and nothing after midnight. Alleyway leading to the apartment could do with some tidying and rubbish clearance, however I presume this is down to the local council not the apartment owner

Pros: Very central to everything and great communication with the owner

Pros: FLAT HAS A REALLY GOOD LOCATION-ON THE MAIN STREET OF THE BODMIN. INSIDE WAS ALL NEEDED STUFF. BIG FLAT. CLEAN. IT WAS REALLY EASY TO FIND IT.

Fantastic apartment

Pros: Everything! the apartment was spacious, practical and comfortable. It's in the middle of the town so easy access to everything you would need and want. The beds are very comfortable, the apartment is very well equipped, the shower is brilliant and the fridge is cold! I would definately book again!

Cons: Nothing, there is nothing to dislike!

Pros: The flat was very clean and comfortable. The instructions on arrival were clear and comprehensive. The free parking was appreciated.

Cons: For me the traffic noise was very intrusive, especially at the front of the building. It may not be an issue if that's what you're used to.

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment it was very spacious, the beds were so comfortable and had everything we needed, it’s situated in the middle of town and walking distance to everything, the only minor downside of the flat was the smell of curry when we walked in but soon disappeared, we would deffo rent again really happy

Pros: The apartment was centrally located which was perfect for our needs. Communication around the check in process was clear and it very useful to have a parking space next to the apartment. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Excellent host. Good, central location

Pros: The property was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is the first property I have stayed in where the kitchen was well equipped YET there was still loads of storage for my food etc. It was central to the main road so we were in the High Street within a minute of leaving the flat and there was some traffic noise in the lounge and double bedroom . I needed to use taxis for my appointments and Iceland (opposite) was a good place for being picked up and dropped off at. There were also cafes, restaurants and takeaways within a 5 minute walk.

Cons: I would have liked to have known in advance that there were steepish steps from the car park to the flat as holding the rail and manoeuvring luggage was not easy.
