Small self contained room

Perfect adventure base

Pros: Private and easy check in and out. Very similar to a shepherd hut set up with en suite, WiFi and kettle with tea and coffee and uht milk. Workable and good walking distances access to bus stop, marina and SWCP.

Cons: Confusing finding it as it was in the middle of a terraced street in the back yard.

Lovely little gem

Pros: Lovely little place in a quiet street. Very tiny but very cosy. Had everything I needed. Stayed two nights on my own and then booked at extra night with my partner who lives locally. Great communication from the host. Lovely garden area.

Lovely host and room

Pros: Location is ideal. Host was friendly and the room was very cosy and clean. Very handy to visit the town/harbour which is really pretty.

Cons: It was not best suitable for us, but that is due to me being disabled and my wife Blind. So it made it a little hard as we could not park to close and quite a few steps involved getting to the footpath and property. We would not return for those reasons, however for a fit couple with no health issues it is ideal.

Pros: Jo was amazing in such a beautiful place she was very welcoming and her beautiful dog bee carnt thank here enough ❤️

Beautiful cozy stay in the magic land of Porthleven.

Pros: We had a lovely stay here while in Porthleven! Room was just as described and shown in photos, very clean and cozy. The view and the garden were beautiful, and made it a relaxing space, perfect for a getaway. A great garden space, full of plants and greenery; perfect for enjoying the sunshine. It is a very accessible place, just a short 10 or so minute walk to the harbour. There is good parking on the road if you are driving there. Jo was the loveliest and most welcoming host, and was ready to help or answer any questions we had. Thank you for making our first stay in Porthleven so amazing! :) ❀

Pros: Small, and as described. Used as a base to sleep and shower. Very friendly host and the place was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Jo and her little dog B were super friendly!Perfect location to walk into Porthleven and a great deal if you want a comfortable bed to sleep in at night.

Cons: It is a small room, all very workable but if travelling as a couple ensure you’re comfortable with each other!

Pros: Pokoik spokojny. Zaciszne miejsce. Spacerkiem okolo 10 min do centrum Porthleven. Ludzie bardzo przyjazni. Jest super market.

Cons: Drobnostka ale na pokoju brakiwalo noza i widelca. Sniadania we wlasnym zakresie wiec sztucce by sie przydaly.
