Lovely location .. can't get better

Pros: Location . Location . Location. Place is nice too. Great views from the windows. Right on the street with all the restaurants. The master bedroom was well appointed . The other rooms were a bit small.

Seaside Luxury

Pros: Stunning views, and all the comforts of home- great linens, modern equipped kitchen, big tv in the family room with plenty of comfortable lounge seating, large bathtubs (master's with a view!), bright ceiling & mood lighting, tasteful decor. etc. Close to the best restaurants in St Ives, a few steps to the beach. A luxury level recently decorated home.

Cons: The balcony is not large- 4 small chairs- could 4 people really be comfy up there?, no loungers, and not fit for eating outside. The vibrant waterfront is, well, vibrant and you get a certain amount of noise from the beach and passersby (not to mention the seagulls, but earplugs are provided). The convenience and fun people-watching overcame this for us!
