Pretty darn good for budget accommodation

Pros: Quiet site. Felt safe. Caravan dated but very clean and everything worked. Little extras like toiletries, toilet rolls plus bits and bobs like washing up liquid, cooking oil, foil and cling film were appreciated. There are also some games to play and books to borrow. Really friendly and responsive hosts. Cracking cafe/bar just nearby. St Merryn is good for a few places to eat. Genuinely great break on a budget.

Cons: Its quite dated. Decking creaky and felt like it could go through in places. Shower leaked into the hallway

Pros: Caravan was very clean, lots of essentials to see us through the week ie) cleaning products,toilet rolls, coffee tea etc. Shower was good too. Nice large tv with netflix etc A couple bars on site which were friendly and reasonable, food was quite good. Communication with the owners of the caravan was very good too.

Cons: No shop onsite, website states there was but it has now closed.

Pros: Lovely Caravan situated a few miles from Padstow. Would I book the same Caravan again? I would do.

Cons: There is nothing to note. Caravan had everything we needed

Pros: With instructions given in advance, it was very easy to find within the park. It had everything we needed, and it was superbly situated to get to our favourite beaches.

Perfect for our family holiday. Great value. Great location.

Pros: Clean and well equipped 3 bed caravan for up to 6 people located on a quiet site. Parking for one car adjacent. Decking with chairs and table. Site well located for Padstow, the seven bays and Newquay. Club house and shop on site.

Pros: Good quiet location, lovely new bedding and comfy beds, the beds were already made which was an unexpected bonus, plenty of outdoor seating on the decked area, clean, well equipped property, virtually instant hot water, good wardrobe/cupboard space, designated parking area at side of property. The hosts were very helpful and responded straight away to our couple of queries about towel/ bedding provision and to confirm if our checking in/out times were OK. Overall good accommodation and good value for money

Very enjoyable and Kevin was very helpful.

Pros: Property had everything you needed for your stay and was situated in a lovely holiday park. It was also not far from Padstow where my sister was getting married.
