Great location and views.

Pros: The view from the sea view room was lovely. The room was clean and access down to the beach was great. Lovely grounds though unable to fully enjoy to bad weather.

Cons: We stayed during a storm which added a little pressure to hotel. The increased wind meant there was a little breeze and chill in the room from round the window frames. A call to reception and they were able to bring up a heater. Also heard a roof tile sliding off the roof at 3am.

Pros: Loved this hotel,, Location perfect for us along with sea view from lovely room. Beach just down the lane in front Very good Breakfast too .. and nice little indoor pool, which is pre booked in advance for each room.. we will go back...

Cons: 3 course meal too overpriced for what you get. Website and board outside mentions lunches, however not out of season. This should be made clearer for customers after a long drive, hut down the lane not ideal in pouring rain , so need to bring own food for the kitchenette in room or drive back out again.. Pool room excessively hot

A short break

Pros: I like the location of the Hotel near the beach and its very quiet. I like the standard of accommodation. The Breakfast is plentiful. Plenty of parking and the rooms are comfortable. I've stayed here before and i like the heated indoor pool.

Cons: Some of the bathroom fittings could have done with attention, the shower hose rail was loose, the wooden toilet seat was cracked and should be replaced, the bottom seal on the shower screen was worn and needed replacing and the sink was slow to drain indicative of sludge build up. The bed pillows were quiet flat and in need of replacing, but the bed was very comfortable.

A beautiful setting

Pros: The Rosevine is well decorated and in a great position- staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good - the pool could do with a bit of a spruce up but it was warm and the individual slots meant no one else shared the pool with you- that was amazing but maybe that can only happen when the hotel is quiet -I dont know

Cons: Our room linked to another room via a connecting door- there was no soundproofing and we could hear every thing the guests in the connecting room were saying- thank dog there were no children or party animals in there as it would have been a nightmare

Really, really lovely

Pros: The hotel is lovely, the location is wonderful. The almost private beach is great. The pool is great and allocating it exclusively each session is very good. Our room was beautiful BUT a thicker duvet would have helped as the room was a little cold even with the heating on max.

Cons: The room was chilly regardless of the heating, but this was our only niggle - Everything else was wonderful. A great place to go.
