Pros: Excellent location - facilities for kids although we didn’t need to use them. Host was fab with communication

Pros: Absolutely stunning cottage. Laurie has a real eye for detail! Clean, comfortable; a real gem. Communication from the time we booked to leaving was great, very responsive! Looking forward to booking again

Pros: Lovely location in the woods, clean and comfortable inside, friendly squirrels!! Dehumidifier and fully equipped kitchen was useful. Nice walk through the woods, site has close access to main road to go to places. EV charger close on site.

Cons: Would like more space for the suitcase. Slippery decking when wet

Pros: Pebble Cottage was a very special place. It is quiet, clean, backing up to a wonderful woodland perfect for morning and evening walks. The community attracts really nice people.

Cons: There wasn’t a cafeteria, but Laurie says she will replace it right away. Her communication was outstanding, and we definitely managed without this minor inconvenience.

Pros: The cottage was gorgeous lovely location, lots Of little homely touches, I would highly recommend this place and would certainly want to return

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pebble Cottage, with good communication from the host throughout.

Pros: A lovely little cottage on a well maintained development, surrounded by numerous similar properties. Well equipped kitchen with everything required to prepare a full family meal (note for coffee addicts - no coffee machine, which might be a nice addition). Very clean throughout, with lovely comfortable beds and inviting shower room. Worth noting this is a compact property - four of us were certainly cosy, but not unpleasantly so. Our only concern was the lack of WiFi, as per below.

Cons: The WiFi relies on a hub connected to the local 4G network - for the duration of our stay (3 days) it did not work once. We concluded the remote location probably made broadband availability a bit of a big ask - however worth noting for anyone who is reliant on WiFi availability.

Pros: After a bad start somewhere else we then booked pebble cottage. Completely mad our family holiday a very happy one after the bad start we had elsewhere. Many thanks to you 😊
