3 Manor Villas Newquay

Comfortable, Clean, Cosy and Central to Attractions and Cornish Beaches

Pros: Great little villa, great location central to Cornwall and access to local attractions and beaches. Pub on site had exceptional food. Villa was very clean and has everything you need for a self catering break. Beds were super comfy and we had a great stay!

Cons: Facilities at the resort were a little dated- childrens park area for example. No on site shop but there is a Co-Op a short 3 min drive away. My son was disappointed we couldnt use the indoor pool as we were a private booking and not directly through the resort which was confusing.

Wonderful property with lovely touches

Pros: The host of 3 manor villas has made a real effort with this property, felt Morden, comfortable, spotless, wonderful bedding and towels and some really lovely finishes like wireless phone chargers, garden and balcony furniture, lamps and cushions meant that we were really happy with this little cottage. Also fantastic value money! Fantastic location right next to all of the activities (tennis, pool, pub, games room, park etc) which makes it perfect for throwing open the doors in the morning to allow the children to run out and play.

Cons: Although this is a LOVELY little cottage, the holiday park itself is a little run down. Uneven pavements and lifting paving slabs were a particular problem, as were other hazards, such as sharp edges and trip hazards caused by lack of maintenance. Park owners (NOT THE HOSTS FAULT) also need to litter pick and mow lawns more frequently. If I had booked directly through atlantic reach and paid their prices (seemed to be charing over 1k for a 5 night stay) I would be outrage. As I had paid a very reasonable price by booking directly with the host, I felt content.

Well furnished, great value and very comfortable.

Pros: A lovely villa that is well furnished and comfortable. Located about 15 minutes outside of Newquay, we found the location useful for days out. The Villa is well equipped and has everything you need for a great holiday.

Cons: It was all great but you do need a car.

Clean and bright. Good location for exploring Cornwall.

Pros: Clean and bright. Convenient location. Good position near the pub and leisure centre/cafe. Owner went the extra mile to sort a minor issue.

Great location, good value and very clean and tidy

Pros: Very clean and tidy, lots of space and bathroom was very modern

Pros: The location was ideally situated to travel to towns and tourist destinations, the on site Cafe and Pub were only a minuet walk away.

Cons: The mattress's on all the beds needed replacing.

The villa was great for our short stay but the resort definitely needs a bit of tlc!

Pros: Property was clean and up to date. Well equipped with a nice little welcome pack too.

Cons: The resort itself is rather tired looking and out of date. The outside pool was empty, the grass needed cutting and the blackberry bushes were very overgrown.

Cosy, comfortable with everything you need!

Pros: The villa was very well looked after and super clean, nice and cosy and felt like a home from home. Everything we needed in the kitchen, and all in good condition. Location is really good (if you have a car) Newquay is really close, and so are lots of beaches, and other attractions, as well as beautiful countryside.

Cons: Nothing! If we were staying peak season with kids, being able to see the pool and not go in might be tricky, but makes sense.

Excellent base camp to travel about Cornwall.

Pros: Cosy, warm and light. Quite. Bedrooms fairly sized bathroom modern.

Cons: Privately owned you don’t have use of facilities other than the pub. WiFi bad.

Cons: That I wasn’t there long enough .. we had to leave after 2 days
