Above and beyond

Pros: Excellent condition of the caravan everything you needed was there , even a small milk and biscuits to make that 1st cuppa .Location was very easy to find whilst in a vert good location . We went out of season which was great , no neighbours pretty well campsite to ourselves. Excellent for dog walking and the beach ect. Little dog went mad for the rabbits and their scent. The few camp employees always happy and smile. Yes a massive thumbs up 👍, well done Claire and ian , will definitely rebook in the near future.

Cons: Only 1 little thing I personally thought that the 3 steps up to the door were a bit steep .But I understand why .

Pros: The location is brilliant, as close to the beach and also to the local shops by car. The caravan was lovely, it was so cosy with a home like feel, with board games and dvds, with puzzles and books for kids also. There were complimentary jammy dodgers, with tea, sugar and coffee which was a lovely touch. The beds were cosy and the accommodation was clean too. My kids had lots of fun, would definitely recommend and would love to stay again :)

Opulent luxury in the Deep South Western Sun!

Pros: There wasn’t anything to fault, the customer service (even out of hours), was perfect, the property was immaculate and very clean coupled with all the little ‘touch’s’ such as coffee, tea and a pint of milk in the fridge on our arrival…..

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The communication prior to arriving at the caravan was great as well as the little touches when we arrived, such as the tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk which were very thoughtful and much appreciated after a long journey 🙂 Everything was as described. The caravan was spotless with the beds all ready for us, fresh towels and a hair drier. We would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves.

Great experience all round and great value for money.

Pros: We loved our stay at Sea Break. Claire’s communication was excellent and she really couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. Even putting a little jar of dog treats out. Really nice. The Caravan is in great condition, clean and clearly loved. It’s also in a great position with everything on site being a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anybody.

Cons: We honestly wouldn’t change anything.

Cons: It was slightly snug caravan especially the en-suite bathroom, especially for a larger person, however it was fine for us

A perfect stay - thanks Claire!

Pros: Sea Break was just perfect for our short break away with my 2 daughters and our dogs. Spotlessly clean and well equipped and Claire was so helpful throughout. The little touches were so thoughtful, thank you - milk in the fridge, biscuits and even dog bowls and treats! The beach is a short walk away over the dunes and a short drive or longer walk into Perranporth itself. The beach is absolutely huge and we had so much space for dog walking. We’d love to return - thanks again.

Cons: We loved Sea Break but the twin rooms are very compact so perhaps not ideal for larger adults or for a long stay.

Pros: Perran sands is a great place and we have been many times. Sea Break is great value for money, good location on site, good sea views, clean and tidy.
