Pros: I loved the fact that the owners made sure that their guests felt at home. As I entered the property I found a personalised card, biscuits and flowers, which made the caravan feel welcomed into.

Absolutely wonderful with excellent hosts!

Pros: We can’t recommend Bude 13 enough. Elaine and Peter have thought about absolutely everything from board games for children, extra blankets, the comfiest beds, cleaning equipment, emergency numbers, all the essentials… the property was clean and tidy with beautifully chosen decor and the welcome pack was such a thoughtful and welcome touch after a six hour drive. We quite literally couldn’t have asked for more. There is also a great park on site which is handy. The location is excellent with Perranporth beach and Newquay both under 15mins away.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The owners were very nice and helpful. We arrived during a spring storm, they even put the heating on for us. This made for a literal warm welcome. Also everything was really clean and tidy.

Excellent accomodation on a very good park, I would recommend and book again

Pros: The mobile home was excellent, very practical for a family with pets. Very well presented and clean throughout with all extras required for a family break. Enclosed, gated decking was great to allow our dogs a little freedom. Overall the park was very clean and well presented with a nice pub which served food and offered pool, darts and amusements which were appreciated. Location was good with easy access to local towns and beaches, Goonhaven store pastries and hot pasties are a must.

Cons: Exactly what we were looking for, although occasional staffing issues did impact availability of food at specific times, but this did not impact our overall experience and it was late August which may have contributed.

Pros: Absolutely perfect in every way. Beautifully clean and tidy caravan with everything you need. Very thoughtful hosts - the welcome pack was a really lovely surprise. The kids loved the board games and the fact there was WiFi! Lovely quiet site in a great location. Great communication and clear instructions. Almost too good to be true! Had a wonderful weekend and would 100% come back.
