Newperran Holiday Resort

Lovely place and great location :)

Pros: Me and my partner were here from Friday until Tuesday - we absolutely loved it. We explored many parts of Cornwall with Newparren being our base in such a perfect location from all of the best, must see spots. Managed a homecooked meal most nights with the cooking facilities in the caravan. Was lovely. Will definitely be back. 😊 thank you!

Pros: Exceptional facilities, cleanliness, very friendly staff

Cons: While there is free internet in the bar, there was. I internet in the caravan even paid one

Pros: Good location, staff friendly, nice pool, clean caravan, spacious, reasonably well equipped, generally comfortable. Would stay there again.

Cons: Dishwasher was hard to open. The fuse board was too small, so with dishwasher, kettle and oven on the fuse blew. Checked fuse board which was fine, phoned out of hours number but couldn't get hold of anyone, no response after 30 mins. In the end, a kind passerbyer pointed out a second fuse board outside the caravan which had tripped. This happened a few times. No power for 40 mins one night as a result which wasn't much fun, but once you know there's a 2nd fuse board, it's not the biggest issue, just annoying! Only 1 chopping board, knives not very good, no soap in any rooms (fine so long as you know) and also surprised in 2026 that there is no WiFi in the caravans!! (We should have checked, but still a surprise!)

Incredible stay and so worth it!

Pros: So much space. Dog friendly. Good value for money.

Cons: Sadly we didn’t receive a ‘doggy package’ like other reviewers however that is the only thing I could possibly say!

Nice family trip to Newperran

Pros: Well equipped accessible caravan next to pool area. Caravan modern and clean. It had everything we needed. The caravan is close to stunning beaches. I would return.

Cons: Dog mess next to kids park was annoying.

Pros: Excellent accommodation perfect location could not have asked for more will definitely be back

Perfect family getaway

Pros: We had a lovely time. The accommodation was clean and cosy. The children had a great time in the swimming pool and on the nearby beaches. Great location for exploring. We also had our doggy with us and he could join in with everything we did except the swimming pool obviously.

Pros: The caravan was lovely , the area was so quiet and peaceful

Cons: That there was no club house for entertainment, I know you have a bar and restaurant .
