Sycamore Farm

Pros: The hosts were welcoming and supplied all needed amenities in the room.. there is a lovely view from the window.

Cons: There was an electric issue but the hosts were quick to resolve it and apologise for the inconvenience.

Very welcoming farm stay in beatiful rural setting.

Pros: Very hospitable, friendly staff who make guests feel at home. The farm has wonderful gardens, ideal for dogs. It was a great setting in Cornish countryside nicely positioned between Launceston and the north coast. Lots of coffee and tea in the rooms; and lots to choose from on the TV.

Pros: The property was very peaceful,comfortable , clean and welcoming added extras like tea ,coffee and slippers and robes were lovely.

Cons: Toilet was outside room and was scared of disturbing others in the night .

Sycamore Farm

Pros: Peaceful location with amazing views. Clean comfy bed, lovely clean shower room with lovely hot shower. Coffee and tea provided with lots of different tea bag flavours. Beautifully soft and snuggly dressing gowns which was a lovely addition to a great room. Thanks Julie and Harold. We hope to visit again.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The host was just amazing nothing was to much trouble. She couldn't do enough, would recommend not many places still have the personal touch

Pros: Very welcoming, but let me be as well, clean, characterful, comfortable, with an excellent set of additional bits like the tea and toiletries.

Cons: Wasn't too obvious exactly where to go once I found the right lane.

Pros: Excellent facilities totally everything you need. Julie was amazing, so welcoming warm and friendly. Even gave us a lift to the local pub and picked us back up. Lovely location looking out to the hills.

Perfect hideaway stay in a beautiful setting.

Pros: Julie was wonderful. From the moment I arrived at Sycamore farm I was made to feel welcome. Julie came out with the biggest smile and straight away let me get settled. She made sure I was happy and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for more from her. As a first time solo traveller using Booking.com I was encouraged to do the same again.

Cons: Unfortunately I did get woken up by a noisy exhaust quite early in the morning, but in no way was that the fault of the host.

Pros: Julie was an excellent host. Friendly and helpful.Private room and ensuite in her home. Ideal for our stop over.
