Excellent

Pros: The owner is exceptionally kind and welcoming, and felt completely at home. The property is immaculate, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. It offers excellent value for money.

Pros: Central location, walked to train station. Large room, very nice breakfast. The shower was powerful, but the room was very cold.parking was good, and our host was friendly.

Cons: We stayed in the winter, and the radiator in the room did not come on. An electric heater was in the room, which did heat the room. The shower room was very cold.

Good host, good value, comfortable stay.

Pros: Easy to find, easy parking, large room, welcoming host and lovely breakfast provided.

Cons: Bathroom very small - might not suit a larger person! And the bathroom door did not shut properly, but not the biggest problem - overall very comfortable stay.

Lovely comfortable room, delicious breakfast, perfect for a stopover.

Pros: Perfect for a 1 night stopover. Super comfy bed, had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was delivered to our room at 9 am as requested. Lovely fresh fruit with yoghurt and warm croissants with jam.

Cons: Orange juice wasn't very nice. Seems to be a universal problem. Even top hotels serve cheap nasty orange juice I have noticed. I mean you can go to Lidl and get a nice orange juice at a reasonable price?

Lovely decor and great value for money with a lovely hostess - recommended!

Pros: Lovely breakfast, on a tray in bed (though a table and crockery etc are provided) which I needed as I'd gone for work and had had a very long journey the day before and then was working till late, so was tired. Nice 'beach hut' decor and expensive toiletries (I'm very sensitive/allergic to perfumes and always slightly dread cheap toiletries in hotels, but they were very nice). . .Very good value for money. Jess is lovely too. I would stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

Cons: There isn't a great view (it's on an estate) but that's ok, I wasn't on holiday, and it's central-ish I believe. My only comment is that the mattress on the bed could've been better - but it was fine and even with my delicate lower back it was fine in the morning.

Pros: Jess was a great host...made me and my dog feel very welcome. The room was perfect for what we needed, very clean and comfortable...and the continental breakfast was delicious.
