A very comfortable stay with friendly owners and lovely breakfast.
Pros: The owners were very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast was very comprehensive and fresh. Other drinks were offered at other times too.
Cons: The property was quite large. My room wasn’t large but the bed was extremely comfortable and all facilities were there. The facilities were as advertised.

Comfortable friendly family home.
Pros: Wonderful, comfortable family home, with lovely, friendly hosts. They have very well behaved family pets and their home is situated on a hill with views over the Cornish countryside. I was made to feel very welcome which after a long, last minute journey was such a relief. The room was very comfortable, and everything had been thought of, from a kettle and mini fridge for milk, to a robe and slippers. Joy made me a delicious breakfast too which set me up for the day. The bathroom is downstairs, but that is normal in homes of this age. The shower was very good and there is an upstairs loo. Everything was very clean. Nothing was too much trouble and they even adjusted the breakfast for my allergies. I felt very privileged to have the opportunity to stay in such a warm and quirky home.
Cons: Nil. Google maps directs you to the back - so just be aware of that. Its right by the turning. Joy had given me her number and came out to direct me which was a relief.

Considering it was a business trip in a very short time it felt like you were visiting friends!
Pros: The breakfast for me was very good as I don't have cooked first thing so the continental was great. I liked the homely atmosphere of the owners who are splendid hosts. Its a great base to work from as the area is surprisingly expensive so its a little gem for those on a budget. The property is quaint and charming and the hosts make you welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend and will use again when in the area.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't really like, as a seasoned traveler its was as I was expecting a B&B but with soul character and charm. If I had 1 negative it would be signage when first locating the premises, if you were looking for it in winter months it might be a tad challenging when darker nights set in.

Joy by name Joy by nature
Pros: We have just had a wonderful three night stay at Redmore. Joy lived up to her name and was an absolute delight. She could not have done anything more to make our stay more comfortable or pleasurable. She is a wonderfully chatty and engaging host and with her husband made us very much at home from home. The house is a converted terrace of cottages which is quaint and colourfully decorated. The bedroom although not big is very comfortable and everything you could want was provided. The cottage is beautifully clean and it was a pleasure to sit outside and enjoy the garden and cup of tea on arrival.
Cons: I can't say we didn't like it but this is just to make it clear that the bathroom is the shared family bathroom which is downstairs. The bathroom was large with lovely walk in shower with a full bath if wanted. The quirky decor provided a lovely ambiance and homely setting

Cons: The shared bathroom was along way from the bedroom, but this wasnt a problem for a short stay.

Homely stay with a big luxurious bed.
Pros: Clean and cosy stay with lovely hosts. We were made very welcome and provided for generously. You do have use of two bathrooms which was a nice surprise.
Cons: Sat nav is tricky but we got there in the end!
